Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'Believes that the Hon. Member for Blackburn was entirely justified in drawing to the attention of the House the occupation of Mr Michael Ashcroft, and his involvement with the Conservative Party; notes that Mr Ashcroft is indeed Managing Director of ADT Securities, a Bermudan based firm of car auctioneers; notes that in a letter dated 16th January to the Conservative Leader of Wandsworth, Sir Paul Beresford, Mr Ashcroft explicitly referred to the profile to be given the CTC as one which helps Conservative candidates in the May elections; and notes that because Wandsworth Conservatives are so contemptuous of the needs of the majority of the Borough's children far more taxpayers money is to be put into one Wandsworth CTC building than Conservative Ministers have allocated the Borough to spend on all of its school buildings'.'
