That this House warmly welcomes the setting up of the Black Country Performing Arts Foundation and applauds its aim of raising funds to enable those talented in the performing arts of music, drama, dance, mime, opera and ballet, who are unable to obtain local authority grants, to optimise their potential in these fields.
