Ambulance Dispute;amdt. Line 2:
EDM number 278A1 in 1989-90, proposed by Alan Meale on 15/01/1990.
Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'views with delight and approval the use, by the honourable Member for Workington, of live television coverage of the Chamber to search fearlessly for the truth about the activities of Michael Forsyth Ltd.; believes that it is not only the right but the duty of honourable Members to expose to the searching gaze of the public those matters which they consider raise important issues of principle; and therefore records with some sadness the fact that the honourable Member for Workington voted against the current experiment to televise the Chamber of the House.'.
This is a ammendment to 278.
