Effective Use Of Criminal Assets Confiscated Under The Drug Trafficking (Offences) Act

That this House, welcoming the effect of the Drug Trafficking (Offences) Act in confiscating the assets gained as a result of drug trafficking, calls upon Her Majesty's Government to use such monies to establish a central fund specifically to help finance schemes to reduce the demand for, and the supply of, illicit drugs; and requests Ministers to make the necessary arrangements urgently.
