Families Against Intimidation And Terror

EDM number 1465 in 1989-90, proposed by Harry Barnes on 25/10/1990.

That this House warmly welcomes the formation by Nancy Gracey in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, of 'Families Against Intimidation and Terror', which supports the families of those people from both sides of the sectarian divide who have been subject to brutal and lawless punishment shootings, knee-cappings and other assaults and intimidation by paramilitary groups; and calls upon these organisations to cease their involvement in such outrages.

This motion has been signed by a total of 12 MPs.
