Bleached Wood Pulp

That this House urges Her Majesty's Government, in view of their proposed stance on environmental pollution and in the light of recent research in Sweden, America and elsewhere, to ban the manufacture and import of wood pulp bleached by chlorine which produces the chemical dioxin.
