That this House notes that seven months after the minimum United Nation Mozambique emergency appeal for $136 million was launched it still has not been adequately supported by international donors; notes that the situation has dramatically deteriorated and it is now estimated that the numbers of displaced people have increased by at least 20 per cent. and that millions of people in Mozambique could face starvation unless the international community gives more aid; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to increase its aid to the United Nations 1990-91 Mozambique emergency appeal.
