Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that Mr Cyril Mundin is entitled to and has received a community charge rebate resulting in his community charge being less than the rates he formerly paid; is concerned that any elderly person should misguidedly choose to disobey the law of the land and is deeply concerned that any pensioner should be used as political propaganda by extremists; and trusts therefore that Mr Cyril Mundin, much as he dislikes the community charge, will, like the over 90 per cent. of the population of Northampton who have already paid, pay his fair share of the local services of which he is a recipient.'.
