Holiday Safety

That this House congratulates the Regional Home and Water Safety Councils in their all year round work to highlight the dangers to children; on the occasion of the start of the Parliamentary summer recess, calls on Government to recognise the need for information and a publicity campaign on the dangers now known to be associated with all water recreational activities and which has regard to low water supply levels and pollution, blue green algae and Weill's disease; and further recognises the dangers to children in the unsupervised home environment and danger to children from being confined in vehicles.
