That this House pays tribute to the remarks of the honourable Member for Wallsend in Prime Minister's Question Time on 17th July; and considers that his sincere comments on the complex issues of safeguarding sovereignty and democracy in Europe put to shame those who have sought to make party political propaganda over these vital issues.
