Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'deplores the failure of the Government of the South of Ireland, during its Presidency of the European Community, to raise the issue of pollution in the Irish Sea; condemns the Dublin Government for its refusal to accept the decision of the European Court that its restriction on its citizens shopping in the United Kingdom is unlawful; is disappointed that the Dublin Government has rejected Community proposals and financial support to improve rail and road transport communications between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland; and compares this record with the acceptance by the United Kingdom of the decisions of the European Community.'.
