Leave out from 'House' to end and add, 'believes that wages councils are one of the biggest obstacles to job creation and enterprise erected by the socialist state; notes the importance of differential wage rates in the functioning of a market economy; confirms that de-regulated capitalism is the best way to achieve ever higher standards of living; notes that all socialist measures to rig markets, like incomes policies, fail; notes that Labour's minimum wages policy would destroy an estimated three-quarters of a million jobs; and urges Her Majesty's Government to sweep away wages councils as soon as possible.'.
