Protection For Traveller Mothers

That this House commends the recent Maternity Alliance Report highlighting travellers' problems in securing a safe stopping place around childbirth; urges the protection of pregnant and newly delivered traveller women from eviction under the Public Order Act, section 39, and under local authority powers of designation; and further calls attention to the alarming problems travellers face with barriers to access to health services
