That this House is concerned at the discourtesy shown to two honourable Members by the Minister of State for the Armed Forces, the honourable Member for Epsom and Ewell, who declined to meet the honourable Member for Swansea East and the Right honourable member for Swansea West to receive a Petition signed by a substantial number of their constituents expressing their opposition to the establishment of a nuclear submarine Z-Berth in the port of Swansea.
