At end add, 'regrets that the three year research project costing ú60,000 called Perpetrators of Child Sexual Abuse which would identify the social characteristics of abusers, their personal history, namely victims of abuse as a child and the numbers and relationships of their victims was delayed by the Department of Health; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to get a move on, to bring this and other planned projects currently stuck in his Department to completion.'.
