At end add, 'notes with deep concern and astonishment that the Department of Health has spent less than ú0.8 million on research into the causes and effects of child sexual abuse in the first 10 years of this Government, as revealed in a written answer to the honourable Member for Nottingham North on 27th January 1989; and calls upon the Government to accord this problem the priority and resources that it needs.'.
