At end add, 'is further concerned that while financial resources for the Home Office Research and Planning Unit's programme of research, including those projects concerning child sexual abuse, for the financial year 1989-90 were available from 1st April 1989, the allocation of funds for individual projects were not backdated to 1st April 1989 for those projects commencing later that year.'.
