Leave out from 'House' to end and add, 'notes and deplores the eagerness of Opposition Members to use compulsory purchase powers against private property owners in spite of the undertaking given when the legislation was passsed in 1979 that such powers would only be used as a last resort, and welcomes the fact that proposals for the restoration of St Quentin's Castle have now been presented which vindicate the forbearance of the Minister of State.'.
